Supremely appropriate! Someone recently laid off missed one e-mail address correction. Yesterday an e-mail announcement was sent to a professional organization list that included the now invalid e-mail, which then generated an autoreply to the organization's e-mail which then automatically repeated it out to the list. The list included sending texts to people's cell phones. People's phones were going off every minute for 47 minutes before they fixed the loop.
