Yet another great little shortcut trick is switching from one folder to another by right clicking on the Filmstrip. As in the image at right I wanted to move to a folder that I had worked in recently and by right clicking or Control + clicking (Mac) [Command + Clicking with a PC] on the filmstrip in the black portion just above the images a pop up menu appears and I can select any recent folder directly without having to open the Folders menu in the left panel. This is a simple little pop-up menu that can help you get to where you want to go faster but it is also one example of the many different right click pop-up menus that are available everywhere in Lightroom. I'd encourage you to right click on any and every menu in Lightroom and on images to see what is available in the pop-up menus.

Another great pop-up menu appears when you right click on any image in Lightroom as in the bottom image at right. I use this pop up menu all the time to create virtual copies, stack images or Edit In > Merge as Panorama in Photoshop, etc. There are a ton of options within this one menu to access all kinds of information and manipulate your images.
