George Jardine Leaves Adobe

George Jardine has said farewell to Adobe and his position as an evangelist for Lightroom. Over the last few years, he’s been a welcome voice on his series of Lightroom podcasts, a library of content from which I’ve learned quite a bit and have been welcome to have. In his Farewell Adobe post on his blog, George outlines his motivation for the podcasts:

Over those years, I guess you could say I have been lucky enough to find a somewhat unique perspective from which to draw my inspiration. For me… that perspective has mostly come from the day-to-day conversations I’ve been allowed to participate in with the pros. And that is why I’ve been so focused on structuring and then recording those conversations so that they can be made available to you as podcasts.

Now, he’s putting down the microphone for a while and going hiking for the Summer. George, I hope you have fun and enjoy the big blue room out there. Take care, and thanks for everything you’ve done for the Lightroom community.

You can find descriptions of George’s Lightroom Podcasts on Jack Nack’s blog. Or, you can subscribe via iTunes.
