The second video "on the back of a napkin" is a really nice tight description of web projects with a resonance between the organisational structure (surely not accidental) and web2 structure (CSS/HTML/JavaScript or whatever programming paradigm is used).
Taking five minutes away from Head First SQL I found this page and the awesome Back Of A Napkin vid. Thrilling and inspiring, thanks, Andy
