Thats odd, when I tried to download the file using SAVE AS my adobe pdf reader said the file was damaged.
Hi Tom, try simply clicking on the link rather than doing a Save As and you'll see the file will open in Apture PDF previewer.
Thanks for pointing out that viewing this TOC probably isn't the best user experience. I'll look for an actual downloadble pdf and get this post edited.

Hello. There is no way that I can see to download this new index and save it to my desktop. Also, you said you would put up a downloadable .pdf file but I don't see it. Finally, the link to "Chapter 8, Adding a Little Style" only brings the reader a message that the file has been removed due to copyright issues. Why not just remove the link entirely rather than risk disappointments like mine. Thank you for your time and good luck. Lucien
