By Yes, that's really a copy of Head First C# you see there... and yes, that means it's really out, completed, shipping towards your local B&N and Borders and piling up somewhere at Amazon.com.
I thought it appropriate to have my kids holding it for two reasons... one, we want everyone to learn C#. Is it too advanced for my five-year old? Yeah, probably so... but if you're reading this blog, I'd bet you're ready for learning C#, even if you're new to programming, new to Microsoft, or new to Head First. And, second, I saw the inside of that book at least as much as my kids these last few months, so fitting to have them all together here.

Congrats Brett! I can tell you're a proud daddy! The new "baby" looks *almost* as cute as the other two boys. I'm certain C# will be just as awesome as the others in the Head First series.

Kudos on the book. After seeing the sample chapter online, went to the local Borders tonight. Alas, wasn't there yet (expected in next couple days). Looked through the 30-plus C# books there -- couldn't bring myself to buy any others. None compared to what I'd seen in the sample chapter. Amazon says it'll be here in a couple days. I'll wait for quality (and real-world, case-based learning). Keep it up!
