The Macintosh has always been a favorite with musicians and audio professionals and at this year's Musikmesse Frankfurt you could literally see Apple machines everywhere.

Some major audio software packages even remain Mac-only, like BIAS's Peak Pro audio editor or MotU's Digital Performer sequencer package.
