XM Radio pulls PC hardware amid piracy concerns - News - ZDNet

People think that XM Radio is somehow to blame for discontinuing their XM PCR, a PC-controllable Satellite radio reciever that could be used for MP3 harvesting.

People need to understand pressure they recieve from the source of their music (RIAA) is the only source of their policy actions. It's really beyond their control unless they just want to lose any access to content.

xm radio xm pcr
So.. now that you can't get the xm radio for your pc anylonger, because of Timetrax (grabs the file and saves it to your computer. The question I have is, "Will they turn-off the existing users you have purchased the XM-PCR ?" I don't think so, and this will cause the price of the existing units to sky-rocket to the moon!
Check ebay today for "xm pcr", The $69.96 unit is now selling for $499.00 us. What you do say, and I also propose that TimeTraxtech.com will announce support of additional XM radios that you can still buy today. The world has changed forever!
