Sebastopol, CA, February 17, 2010 - O'Reilly Media announces that the O'Reilly Tools of Change for Publishing Conference has sold out for its third consecutive year. While the previous two TOCs were also sold out events, this year's conference is the first to reach capacity a week in advance. TOC will bring the leaders inventing the future of publishing to the Marriott Marquis in New York City on February 22-24, 2010.

For those who want to guarantee their attendance at TOC 2011, scheduled for February 14-16 of 2011 in New York, O'Reilly will open advance registration during this year's event. A special early registration period will open at TOC 2010 on February 23.
