It is so awesome that Apple now supports the Pentax K100D Super!
I can't wait to go out and buy a new Pentax K100D Super and use it with Aperture.
OH WAIT. Apple took so long to suppor the Pentax K100D Super that Pentax has cancelled it and replaced with another models, and no stores even have the Pentax K100D Super in stock anymore!
Same is true for the other Pentax cameras above. Unreal.
Wow, I'm loving the faster camera updates. This is gooooooood for apple and nice to know if I decide to upgrade my camera soon.
Also I just realized: Why does software update just say iPhoto 08 and aperture 2? Is this no longer truly and throughly a system wide thing or did apple just neglect preview and the others? If it's not - well hopefully the cameras will be added later, but it's a trade off Id be willing to make!
Speed Demon, nobody sells the Canon 10D anymore either, but it's good that Apple supports it considering it's the camera I own.
Harsh criticism is only effective when it makes sense.
There seems to be a bug in either the security update or the RAW update just issued for Aperture. It is causing the Aperture print function to be disabled.
See the discussion in the Apple discussions board:

So, I accidentally shot a wedding on my 1 D MkIII in s-RAW. I figured it will be supported in Aperture 2.0. Well, to my surprise s-RAW is not supported. But all my full size RAW work fine.
Anybody encounter this and does anyone have a fix or advice on what to do with these sRAW files? I may have to export to JPEG and re-import.
Thanks
Jeff
I wonder if the sRAW files can be converted to DNG using the Adobe DNG converter. Since Aperture supports the full DNG spec now, maybe that would be a way to get Aperture to recognize them.
sRaw doesn't work when converted to DNG if the camera is already supported. Aperture seems to treat the sRaw as normal Raw and it doesnt work.
